Leaders’ Bible
よThe Leaders’ Bible offers tips on becoming a capable leader by introducing case studies of various situations faced by high school student leaders. It deals with a host of themes including team members, goals, and an attitude as a leader. In addition, by providing easy-to-understand explanations from the IMSAR’s professional point of view, it aims to deepen the understanding of high school students. ―IMSAR: Annual Report―first Edition
The booklet offers a report from the public symposium held on June 18, 2011. Under the theme of “A motivation to study, work and towards tomorrow”, the report offers the contents of the public symposium and panel discussions, which were presented from the viewpoint of education, business economics, social psychology and business.
The textbook is designed to learn both the motivational theories and practical skills of motivation management as specialized knowledge where readers can work on cases in line with the practices of case studies described in each chapter. This is an unprecedented book for learning about the fusion of theories and practices.
